Please read our return policy carefully. By placing an order with The Campbell Sisters, you agree to the terms outlined below. No exceptions will be made.

 

Returning a Product

Timeframe

You have 30 days after receiving your product to request a return.

If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

 

Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

For products where hygiene is important, the item must be thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.

 

Damage Due to Personal Use

The Campbell Sisters is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Misuse

  • Negligence

  • Improper handling

Only manufacturing defects are covered under this return policy.

 

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Underwear

  • Lingerie

  • Other sealed hygiene items once opened

 

How to Start the Return Process

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • A photo of the item (required in case of damage or defect)

Refunds

Procedure

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

 

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 30 days:

  1. Please check your bank or credit card account again

  2. If the issue persists, contact us at info@the-campbellsisters.com

 

Return Costs

  • If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

    If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Shipping costs start at $25 and may vary depending on location

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • The Campbell Sisters is not responsible for returns lost during transit

 

Return Address

All returns must be shipped to Asia.

Further return instructions will be provided by email after your return request has been approved.

 

Exceptions – Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • We will send a replacement at no additional cost

  • If the issue occurs again with the replacement, a full refund will be issued

 

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of being placed due to our automated order processing system.
